Shipping & Delivery
ORDER FULFILLMENT / SHIP OUT ESTIMATES
Orders are processed 1-2 business days* after they're confirmed. Photos of your order are available upon request (via Instagram/Facebook DMs).
Orders are shipped out from Monday to Saturday. The shop is closed for pickups on Sundays.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional fee of ₱20. However, we reserve the right to cancel your future COD orders if you have a history of refusing an order upon delivery with our shop.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUND
You may cancel your order from your 'Orders' page or your Order Confirmation page. You may also cancel by messaging us via Instagram or Facebook DMs, just make sure to provide your order number. After we have confirmed your cancellation, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been cancelled and your refund will be processed within 1-2 days. Please note that your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped out.

Standard Shipping: GoGo Xpress
Same day/Next day pickups: Courtesy of the buyer (within Greater Manila Area only)
For standard shipping: Tracking number and ship out date will be sent via email once your order is ready to ship.
For same day/next day pickups: Buyers are expected to book their own rider and shoulder the shipping fee. Pick-up details will be sent via e-mail after we receive your payment. PLEASE WAIT FOR THE CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICK-UP BEFORE BOOKING.
DELIVERY FEE:
Standard shipping via GoGo Xpress starts at ₱60 (may increase depending on your location and how big your order is).
Free shipping for orders ₱2000 and up for Metro Manila & ₱3000 and up for other areas.
Same day/next day/rush orders are not covered by the free shipping promo.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES FOR STANDARD SHIPPING:
FOR METRO MANILA/GREATER MANILA AREA: Within 2 days after ship out if there are no delays with the courier.*
FOR NORTHERN/SOUTHERN LUZON/VISAYAS/MINDANAO: Within 3-7 days after ship out if there are no delays with the courier.*
